Our multi-dimensional and multi-professional approach to incapacity management assists organisations to measure, quantify and manage workplace incapacity. The focus is on keeping the ill or incapacitated employee in the workplace for as long as reasonably possible, accommodating the individual's functional needs within the vocational environment and facilitating an early return to work.
