Metropolitan Health Group has launched Customer Online, a web-based tool that instantly allows you to access your membership information.
With Customer Online, you can:
- update your contact and other details;
- update your residential address;
- receive an e-mail or SMS when your claims have been processed;
- receive an e-mail or SMS if your savings balance drops below R250/R500/R1000/R2000/R3000;
- validate your banking details and notify us by fax or post of the correct details; and
- create a secure PIN for yourself.
With a PIN you can do many transactions via the telephone or web 24 hours a day. You can:
- confirm your savings balance;
- check your chronic medication status;
- update your personal details; and
- validate your banking details.
On the Internet, any time, night or day!
