Metropolitan Health Group has launched Customer Online, a web-based tool that instantly allows you to access your membership information.

With Customer Online, you can:

  • update your contact and other details;
  • update your residential address;
  • receive an e-mail or SMS when your claims have been processed;
  • receive an e-mail or SMS if your savings balance drops below R250/R500/R1000/R2000/R3000;
  • validate your banking details and notify us by fax or post of the correct details; and
  • create a secure PIN for yourself.

With a PIN you can do many transactions via the telephone or web 24 hours a day. You can:

  • confirm your savings balance;
  • check your chronic medication status;
  • update your personal details; and
  • validate your banking details.

On the Internet, any time, night or day!
